アンドリュー・マーティン・スティーン (Andrew Martin Steane、1965年 - ) は、オックスフォード大学の物理学教授、エクセター・カレッジのフェローである。
彼はオックスフォード大学のセント・エドムンド・ホールの学生で、修士号とDPhilを取得した。
これまでの主な研究は、量子情報処理におけるエラー修正に関する、スティーン符号を含む。2000年に英国物理学会のマックスウェル・メダルを受賞。
